Overview
Petbharo is a self-service food-ordering app that connects users with nearby restaurants while supporting small food stall owners by avoiding the high commission fees of popular platforms.
The Petbharo Vendor App streamlines the process for vendors by managing order confirmations, tracking real-time orders, and maintaining detailed order histories.
It was built specifically with small, independent food sellers in mind - the kind of vendors that major delivery platforms often price out with steep commission cuts.
The Challenge
Small food stall owners face a hard trade-off: join a major delivery platform and lose a large cut of every order to commission, or stay offline and lose access to the customers who now expect to order through an app.
Existing platforms are built for scale and enterprise restaurants - not for a single stall owner trying to keep more of what they earn.
The Solution
Petbharo gives small vendors their own ordering system, without the commission structure of major platforms. Customers order directly, vendors keep more of the sale, and the whole loop - from order placement to delivery - is handled inside one app.
Vendors get a dedicated app for managing incoming orders, tracking them in real time, and reviewing order history, so running the digital side of the business doesn't require a separate system.
How It Works
Discover
Customers browse nearby stalls and restaurants by category - dessert, main course, starters, and more.
Order
Items go into a cart, with real-time pricing and availability from the vendor.
Vendor Confirms
The vendor receives the order in their app and confirms it for preparation.
Track & Deliver
Both customer and vendor track the order status in real time through to delivery.
